Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive adoption of credit, fulfillment, and secondary market solutions
Identify, engage, and expand relationships with mortgage lenders, brokerages, and institutional investors
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor client solutions and value propositions
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Represent Lenders One at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate new business
Stay current on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics impacting origination and secondary markets
Analyze pipeline performance, sales data, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategy
Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve individual and team revenue goals
Drive consultative, value-based selling aligned to client business objectives and operational efficiencies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or the equivalent of experience
5+ years of B2B sales experience in financial services, mortgage, credit, or related industries
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships
Strong knowledge of: Credit reporting and borrower due diligence, Mortgage origination and fulfillment processes, Secondary market or loan portfolio solutions
Experience selling into mortgage brokers, lenders, credit unions, or institutional investors
Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
Experience managing or working within remote sales teams
Existing network within mortgage or alternative lending markets strongly preferred
