Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the Cards domain
Manage planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives
Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and external vendors
Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
Help shape and introduce new, more effective ways of working
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
Ensure adherence to risk management, security, and compliance requirements
Support budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management for initiatives
Actively contribute to team performance through leadership and coaching

5+ years of experience in project or delivery management
Strong understanding of card issuing, payment processing, or related financial domains
Experience working with complex migrations or large-scale transformations is a strong advantage
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
Familiarity with risk management and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, DORA)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Fluent English in spoken and written communication
