Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
Design and implement programs that improve organizational effectiveness and workforce performance.
Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Identify potential employee-related risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support informed decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Support key HR processes and initiatives related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business and HR objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of related experience required
Certification may be required in some functional areas.
