Join our team to support the administrative and financial monitoring of CSEs and to participate in the compliance review of projects funded by European grants.
As a Management Assistant, you will handle outsourced accounting and administrative tasks for CSEs (Comités Sociaux et Économiques / Social and Economic Committees):
Data entry, verification and tracking of invoices, expense reports and expenditures in accordance with CSE internal regulations
Processing payments and performing bank reconciliations
Administrative file management: handling emails, telephone exchanges and filing
Drafting reports and minutes for clients
You will also take part in the review of projects funded by European grants:
Verifying expenses incurred under European grant programs
Checking payroll records against funding eligibility criteria
Verifying the compliance of documents related to procurement/contracts
Requirements
Degree equivalent to Bac+2 in accounting and management
3 to 5 years of professional experience
Solid understanding of general accounting principles
Proficiency with office tools (Excel) and comfort using management software; knowledge of ACD and Concur (or an equivalent expense management tool) is an asset
Rigour, organizational skills, team spirit, good interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities
