Process multi-currency supplier invoices including 3-way matching to Purchase Orders for stock invoices and accurate coding of non-stock invoices.
Reconcile supplier statements and manage supplier and business queries, providing timely and accurate responses to develop and maintain good relationships.
Process daily settlement files from our payment providers, investigating and correcting unmatched transactions.
Prepare multi-currency supplier payment runs.
Process staff expenses and credit card transactions.
Requirements
Minimum of 18 months experience working in Accounts Payable or similar role. AAT qualification or working towards AAT is desirable.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Accountability for your own workload alongside the ability to work well as part of a team.
Good interpersonal skills to support communication and collaboration.
