Pharmacy Technician, Inpatient

Role Overview

• Play a direct role in patient safety and medication accuracy
• Work in a fast-paced inpatient environment where every shift makes an impact
• Build hands-on experience that can expand into advanced pharmacy or clinical roles
• Rotate through key areas of the inpatient pharmacy, working closely with pharmacists and clinical teams
• Prepare and distribute medications accurately and efficiently
• Support medication delivery for patient-specific doses across units
• Replenish automated dispensing cabinets and maintain inventory
• Compound non-sterile medications and support pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure quality and safety

Requirements

• Pharmacy technician certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hospital or pharmacy experience (preferred but not required)
• A detail-oriented, team-first mindset
