As a primary point of contact, manages all aspects of credit facility and bank relationship management or rating agency relationship management
Demonstrates expertise to be primary point of contact for any internal and external relationship, strategy and communication
Leads entire capital markets process for external third-party bank relationships including offering documents, underwriting decisions, managing approvals, relations with internal and external stakeholders, and due diligence responses
Negotiates price, terms and conditions of USAA’s credit facility and oversees documentation and entire amend and extend process, including but not limited to administration of strategic business meetings and partnership, direct work with impacted stakeholders such as, legal, accounting, procurement, and senior leadership, both internal and external
Directs work efforts to maintain, inventory, and service debt covenants and restrictions and produce reports
Leads potential risk evaluation process
Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
6 years of finance, treasury, capital management, capital markets experience or CFA and 4 years of finance, treasury, capital management or capital markets experience
Ability to effectively work with both internal and external partners
Proven communication skills required of relationship management with internal and external contacts
Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications
