Role Overview
- Manage daily marketplace and e-commerce operations
- Monitor sales, margins, conversion and performance KPIs
- Plan and oversee commercial campaigns and the promotional calendar
- Update listings, products, prices and inventory on platforms
- Analyze metrics and recommend actions to increase sales and profitability
- Develop management reports and monitoring dashboards
- Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service teams
- Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Support automation and process optimization projects
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, B2W, Magalu)
- Excel or Google Sheets (Intermediate/Advanced)
- KPI management, organization and planning skills
- Paid Traffic or CRM (RD Station, HubSpot, Kenlo) – preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or digital retail
- Knowledge of ERP and Hub – preferred
- Proactivity, strong communication, strategic thinking and result orientation
