Lead the onboarding process for tax and accounting clients, ensuring a structured implementation delivered within established deadlines
Conduct kick-off meetings to align processes, timelines, and responsibilities with clients
Map clients' tax and accounting processes to ensure correct system configuration and operational integration
Oversee the collection, review, and validation of documents and information required to begin operations
Ensure accurate customer registration and tax configuration in the systems used by the operation
Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation period, ensuring clear communication and continuous alignment with clients and internal teams
Monitor onboarding, quality, and SLA compliance metrics during the onboarding of new clients
Identify risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve implementation processes and propose corrective actions
Support client training and guidance on operational workflows, document submission, and tax and accounting routines
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Intermediate Excel
Microsoft Office suite
Proven experience in the area
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Comfortable using technology from a user perspective
