Develop and design electronic circuits, printed circuit boards (PCBs) and embedded systems.
Perform simulations and performance analyses of electronic components.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hardware with software and mechanical systems.
Conduct hardware validation and verification tests, including dielectric strength (high-voltage), leakage current, temperature and other compliance tests.
Manage technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials) and user manuals.
Work with suppliers to select components, obtain samples and negotiate costs.
Monitor the manufacturing, assembly and production testing processes.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware during development and production.
Stay up to date with technology trends and innovations in the field of electronic engineering.
Requirements
Strong expertise in the development of analog and digital circuits, power electronics topologies, signal conditioning circuits and power supplies.
Proven experience in hardware design and development of electronic products.
Proficiency with electronic design and circuit simulation tools.
Knowledge of technical standards and product regulations.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other departments.
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience with agile product development methodologies.
Basic knowledge of firmware and software programming for hardware integration.
Familiarity with project management tools.
Leadership skills and ability to mentor technical teams.
