Plan, develop and execute corporate events;
Manage the annual events calendar, overseeing all stages: planning, execution and post-event activities;
Lead full event operations, including vendor management, budgeting, contracts, schedules and logistics;
Work collaboratively with different departments across the company to ensure successful initiatives;
Develop and monitor event performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements;
Support client, partner and stakeholder relationship activities through events and related initiatives;
Ensure optimal use of activations, sponsorships and institutional opportunities;
Contribute to the development of event communication and promotional strategies together with the involved areas;
Identify trends and opportunities in the corporate events market;
Coordinate vendors and partners, ensuring quality, deadlines and excellence in delivery;
Support the organization of internal and external events, maintaining a high standard of execution.

Experience in organizing and managing corporate events
Experience with vendor management, budgeting and scheduling
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
