You develop new B2B client relationships in the field of software engineering
You identify strategic opportunities for joint projects and position yourself as a trusted point of contact for management and C-level executives
You are strong in closing deals and measure your success against defined KPIs
You continuously evaluate and optimize our existing sales processes
You establish clear structures that lay the foundation for scalable sales and sustainable growth
You initiate and manage meetings with clients and partners
You identify and develop cross-selling opportunities across our product portfolio, in particular VISIT
You contribute ideas for sales-oriented marketing activities and implement them when required
Requirements
A degree in economics/business administration or a comparable commercial qualification with an IT focus; experience in staffing/personnel services is a plus
Proven, reliable experience in selling software engineering services in the Healthcare, IT and/or Public sectors
Solid knowledge in analyzing markets, target groups and customer needs within a technology-focused B2B environment
Basic understanding of technical concepts combined with strong consulting skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and personal accountability in pursuing goals with a strategic focus
Excellent communication and presentation skills in customer-facing situations
