About this role
Role Overview
Acting as a strategic partner to leaders
Leading and supporting organisation-wide programmes that drive cultural change and inclusion
Using data and insights to inform strategy
Supporting and empowering staff networks and Mental Health First Aiders
Championing inclusive policies, practices, accessibility, and trauma-informed approaches
Designing and delivering learning and development initiatives
Collaborating across teams to develop engaging communications and organisation-wide events
Project managing key EDI and wellbeing initiatives
Requirements
Strong subject matter expertise in equity, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing
Experience of driving forwards organisational culture change
Strong Knowledge of key legislation, including the Equality Act 2010
Excellent project and programme management skills
Highly effective communication skills
Strong analytical capability
Experience of co-creation and working with staff or volunteer networks is highly desirable
