About this role
Role Overview
Actively prospect new clients and business opportunities in the region.
Conduct sales meetings, carry out needs assessments, and present customized solutions.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals aligned with the company’s strategy.
Manage the entire sales funnel, ensuring CRM updates and organization.
Operate in a consultative manner, building strong, long-term relationships.
Ensure a positive customer journey from the first contact through post-sale support.
Work in partnership with internal teams to enable solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute market insights and identify strategic expansion opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in sales, preferably with consultative selling.
Experience in insurance sales.
Experience with active prospecting and client portfolio management.
Experience working with targets and performance indicators (KPIs).
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales funnel management.
Differentials
Prior experience in the corporate insurance market.
Knowledge of the RS region and an active client portfolio.
Experience with B2B sales.
