You analyze relevant KPIs of the respective business units and derive well-founded recommendations for management
You act as a sparring partner for the individual departments in the capacity of a business partner
You create, develop and further automate various reports
You play a key role in building and maintaining BI solutions, ideally with Power BI
You support budget planning, forecasts and variance analyses
Together with the departments, you identify optimization potential
Ensuring and continuously improving reporting processes is also part of your responsibilities

Completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on Controlling or Finance, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in Controlling or a comparable analytical role, for example as a Business Analyst
Very strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
Solid knowledge in reporting
Experience with BI tools, ideally Power BI, is an advantage
Confident user of Excel
Structured, independent working style as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness
Good English skills are desirable
