Master our platform and support the Sales team by providing them with insights, expertise and the appropriate tools;
Listen to and understand prospects’ needs and work internally to determine how Alan can best address them;
Build a thorough understanding of each prospect and assess the level of functional alignment with our offering and capabilities;
Participate in RFP submissions and prepare Alan’s responses in collaboration with Sales, Insurance and Product experts;
Join the customer acquisition journey to evangelize our services and products;
Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights into Alan’s product and platform roadmap;
Prepare handovers to ensure delightful customer onboarding experiences;
When needed, coordinate the most complex customer onboardings, leveraging your detailed knowledge of each customer’s requirements and specificities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment;
Strong experience in end-to-end procurement projects (buyer or supplier side), including involvement in RFIs, RFQs and RFPs;
Proven ability to quickly identify the root cause of customer concerns through active listening and requirements elicitation;
Assertive and comfortable handling objections in complex environments;
Skilled at pitching a product transparently without overselling its capabilities;
Ability to break down complex issues, identify product gaps, and define the best product solutions;
Comfortable managing senior stakeholders;
Excellent at prioritizing tasks while delivering on commitments;
A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow;
Fluent in both French and English.
