You will build our field sales organization for the therapist network from the ground up, lead your team both functionally and disciplinarily, and develop it into a high-performing, scalable sales organization.
You will define the strategic direction of our field sales team, set target groups, territory structures, visit logic, sales processes and KPIs, creating the foundation for sustainable growth.
You will establish long-term partnerships with naturopathic therapists, alternative practitioners (Heilpraktiker), pharmacies and other professional users as key multipliers.
You will analyze market and competitive developments, identify growth opportunities and derive strategic recommendations for sales, marketing, product development and executive management.
You will establish scalable sales processes and standards, continuously develop HubSpot as the central management tool, and ensure full transparency across the CRM, pipeline and sales metrics.
Requirements
Several years of experience as a sales leader in B2B sales with a focus on field sales and team leadership.
Experience in the healthcare market, ideally with dietary supplements, food products, natural cosmetics, or in the pharmacy or alternative practitioner (Heilpraktiker) environment.
Proven track record in building or further developing high-performing field sales organizations.
Experience in developing sales structures, KPIs and performance management.
You lead with clear objectives, develop people and are personally present when it matters.
Willingness to travel frequently and enjoyment of regularly being on-site with customers and your team.
Business-fluent German and English.
Bonus: CRM experience with HubSpot.
