Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and opportunity qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
Leverage your existing network and market relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities.
Build, manage, and grow your own sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, qualification, and closing activities.
Engage with senior decision-makers (C-level, VP, Head of) to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities where Netguru can deliver value.
Collaborate with delivery teams and subject matter experts to prepare proposals, solutions, and compelling value propositions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in new business sales within IT services, software development, consulting, or a software house environment.
An existing network of relevant industry contacts that can be activated to generate business opportunities quickly.
Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, self-driven approach and a results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable operating in a commission-driven environment and motivated by exceeding targets.
Experience selling value-based solutions rather than competing primarily on price.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and consistently close deals.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior business stakeholders and executives.
Professional fluency in both Polish and English.
Experience or interest in AI, digital commerce, or product development is a strong advantage.
