Founders Associate – Operations

Role Overview

• Direct insight into operational control processes at Novosafe, with responsibility from day one
• You coordinate external partners (installers from the security industry) in the implementation of real customer projects, in alignment with the Operations team
• You maintain customer contact together with experienced colleagues and the founders
• You will occasionally be on site to assess project progress firsthand
• You pitch in wherever the young startup currently needs support
• You sharpen your eye for operational improvement potential

Requirements

• You are studying business administration, economics, business informatics, a comparable field, or even something entirely different and are looking for a mandatory internship
• Organization, structure, and communication are your superpowers
• You can interact well with people — whether on the phone, by email, or in person
• You want a lot of personal responsibility and a steep learning curve
• You work reliably, independently, and with high standards for results
• You aren't afraid to put on a hard hat occasionally to get a first-hand impression at a customer's construction site
• You think entrepreneurially and enjoy a fast-paced environment and ownership instead of routine
• You speak fluent German and English
