Plan and coordinate department activities and training programs (Products, Processes and Behavioral) for professionals within the dealer network;
Develop and deliver training for the dealer network and SAM importers market;
Develop management materials for presentation at committees, meetings, forums and workshops;
Participate in meetings and forums for new product launches, and liaise with Academy departments to align information and identify potential improvements;
Present relevant training topics at the monthly Regional Sales Managers meetings;
Hold meetings with the Sales department to understand training needs;
Access internal systems (LMS) to extract reports, monitor Q&A forums and enrollments;
Plan, develop and execute product launch events, among other activities;
Hold meetings with suppliers (hotels, electronic equipment, printing services, test drives, etc.) focused on launch events;
Meet with regulatory areas, partners and customers to understand needs and develop training solutions and methodologies;
Travel to deliver, monitor training or attend corporate events;
Conduct periodic technical visits to dealerships;
Manage travel requests and expense reporting;
Promote brand ambassador culture;
Manage the department vehicle fleet together with the logistics department;
Organize requests for company cars in coordination with launching, production and fleet areas;
Extract training materials and manage career development on the VW AG Academy training platform (Qualification Hub, Digital Training Center and Marketing Database);
Plan and monitor the status of training development projects;
