Lead strategic projects in the Finance (Tax Reform) and Human Resources areas.
Ensure planning, execution and monitoring of initiatives.
Coordinate teams and manage stakeholders.
Ensure project delivery within established timelines and objectives.

Conduct meetings in English and foster alignment between business and technology areas.

Advanced or fluent English.
Solid experience as a Senior Project Manager in technology projects.
Experience managing projects related to Finance and/or Human Resources, preferably involving Tax Reform.
Experience with agile, traditional, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Ability to manage schedules, scope, risks, budget and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, organization, negotiation skills and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
Soft skill: collaborative team player.
Strong communication and proactivity.
Sense of urgency and prioritization.
