Contribute to the design of IT infrastructure technical solutions for the public sector, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, terms of reference and client needs.
Support the public sales team in meetings with clients, vendors and partners, assisting with requirements gathering and understanding technical scenarios.
Analyze tenders, RFPs, terms of reference and technical documentation, identifying requirements, risks, attention points and opportunities to improve responses.
Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, descriptive reports and supporting documentation, such as HLD/LLD, when applicable.
Provide technical support for bidding processes, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance in technical responses.
Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to public clients, supporting the consultative sales process.
Contribute to defining solutions involving on-premises, hybrid and cloud environments.
Specify solutions related to storage, backup, disaster recovery, virtualization, hyperconvergence, networking, security and related services.
Interact with vendors, distributors and partners for sizing, quotations, technical validations and solution composition.
Assist in preparing commercial proposals, ensuring alignment between technical scope, tender requirements and the financial proposal.
Keep technical materials, proposal templates, supporting documentation and solution portfolio information up to date.
Monitor market trends, new technologies and vendor updates, contributing to the evolution of solutions offered to the public sector.
Requirements
Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, technical support, projects or other technical IT infrastructure areas.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including on-premises, hybrid and cloud environments.
Knowledge of storage, backup, disaster recovery, virtualization, hyperconvergence, networking and security solutions.
Experience preparing technical proposals, solution design and supporting sales teams.
Experience with public sector clients, analysis of tenders, terms of reference or bidding processes will be considered an important differential.
Experience at system integrators, vendors, distributors, MSPs or in corporate projects is a plus.
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, vendors and partners.
Analytical, organized, consultative profile with a sense of priorities.
Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into viable, compliant and competitive solutions.
Degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Networks or related fields.
