Sales Support, Inside Sales

Role Overview

• Support of existing and new customers in inside sales
• Preparation and follow-up of quotes
• Support for field sales in lead and project processing
• Maintenance of customer, quotation and order data in the CRM system
• Handling of customer inquiries by phone and in writing
• Close collaboration with Sales, Service and other internal departments

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in inside sales, sales support or a similar role
• Experience in preparing quotations, customer service and following up on sales activities
• Confident use of CRM systems as well as Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
• Enjoy communicating with customers, working in a structured way and supporting sales teams
• Service-oriented, reliable and able to keep track of multiple tasks in parallel
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
