Role Overview

• Deliver strategic guidance and tailored interventions for elite fleet operators, transport partners, and specialized automotive dealerships.
• Manage critical inbound communications via phone and digital channels, upholding our uncompromising standards for safety and excellence.
• Diagnose the underlying causes of complex logistical and technical challenges to deliver optimal outcomes for corporate partners.
• Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering divisions to ensure seamless workflows and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in both German and Dutch is mandatory.
• Professional fluency in English (minimum B2 level) for corporate reporting and cross-border internal collaboration.
• A strong dedication to service excellence with the capacity to remain composed during peak operational hours.
• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms and data analysis tools concurrently.
• Readiness to work within a 24/7 rotating shift framework to provide continuous global coverage.
