About this role
Role Overview
Manage and process international customer orders from entry to successful execution
Coordinate and agree on delivery and transport schedules with customers, dispatch, and internal departments
Ensure required transport, export, and customs documentation for international shipments
Communicate proactively about deviations and handle customer inquiries and complaints
Ensure accurate order and data maintenance, including billing-relevant information
Review and implement individual customer requirements, e.g., hazardous goods, temperature control, or customs regulations
Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth transport operations and high service quality
Support administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day operations
Requirements
Completed training in forwarding, logistics, or a comparable qualification
At least two years of professional experience in customer service, transport, or logistics
Good written and spoken English skills
Confident use of IT systems and digital tools
Understanding of logistics processes and interfaces is an advantage
