About this role
Role Overview
Handle and advance commercial opportunities (OPPs) qualified by the Marketing and SDR teams.
Conduct consultative sales meetings to gain a deep understanding of leads' needs.
Lead medium
and high-value negotiations, aiming to maximize LTV and conversion.
Execute the full sales process through to closing and payment.
Use CRM and productivity tools to organize accounts and manage the pipeline.
Meet and exceed revenue and conversion targets.
Operate in alignment with a performance-driven culture, healthy competitiveness, and meritocracy.
Requirements
High school diploma (a plus).
Solid experience as a Sales Representative, Closer, or Sales Executive, preferably in consultative sales, services, or higher value-added solutions.
Proficiency in consultative selling and negotiation techniques; pipeline organization and CRM usage.
