Consulting on M365 technologies and apps including Copilot, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Security
Consulting with users and evaluating requirements, recommending designs, providing cost analysis, planning projects, and coordinating tasks for projects
Working as a subject matter expert to deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation
Providing guidance to clients on-site and remotely to support their Microsoft technology stack
Working with architects, project managers and team leads to ensure projects progress efficiently and in a timely fashion towards successful closure
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing infrastructure support role
Experience migrating, deploying and maintaining key M365 technologies including:
Copilot
Purview
SharePoint
Exchange Online and On-Premise
Teams
Strong understanding of Intune and SCCM
Strong documentation and organizational practices
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
