Lead a team of recruiters with direct oversight of daily activity, performance, and output
Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, ensuring pipelines are active, accurate, and progressing efficiently
Own ATS management for the team, including pipeline hygiene, reporting, and system best practices
Monitor team performance against targets and provide regular coaching and feedback
Act as the main escalation point for operational or process issues within the team
Support client account management where needed, maintaining strong service standards and communication
Collaborate closely with senior leadership on capacity planning, hiring priorities, and operational improvements
Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and team documentation
Requirements
Must come from a staffing agency background — this is non-negotiable and applications without this experience will not be considered
Experience in a team lead, senior recruiter, or managerial role with demonstrated people oversight responsibilities
Working knowledge of ATS platforms, with confidence managing pipelines and reporting functions
Strong written and spoken English, with clear and professional communication across all levels
Ability to balance hands-on recruiting tasks with team management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
