Requirements
You are studying business psychology, business administration (BWL), communication, or a comparable degree—preferably with a focus on HR or marketing.
You work in a structured manner, show initiative, and approach tasks analytically and solution-oriented.
You are motivated to learn new topics and actively participate in projects.
You have an interest in digital tools and processes—you're open to or already use AI applications such as ChatGPT and will get to know them with us.
You present yourself reliably and openly and enjoy professional collaboration.
You are proficient in standard MS Office programs.
