Role Overview
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs for sales, marketing, and affiliate roles;
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation;
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, etc;
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
- Stay up-to-date with hiring trends in sales, marketing, and affiliate industries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting for sales, marketing, and/or affiliate roles;
- Proficiency in English (C1) and Russian (C1);
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively;
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools;
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
