Role Overview
- Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs
- Serve as a market-facing talent acquisition advisor
- Build and maintain strong external relationships across the E&S market
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical roles
- Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and recommendations
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles
- Track and analyze recruiting activity and pipeline health
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, underwriting, or recruiting
- Strong understanding of the E&S insurance market
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and data for recruiting strategies
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches and stakeholders
