Business Operations – Venture Development

Role Overview

• Proactively search for and evaluate new locations in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and Baden-Württemberg.
• Negotiate competitive lease agreements with brokers.
• Oversee the conversion of leased properties into modern, technology-enabled inspection centers.
• Provide flexible support on short-term projects and handle operational challenges at both existing and new locations.
• Take on a mobile role — you will spend the majority of your internship on-site and traveling.
• Improve our processes by identifying site-specific issues.

Requirements

• A true generalist who recognizes and connects relationships across different functions.
• A strong multitasker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to rapidly adapt to shifting priorities.
• Currently enrolled or recently graduated — Bachelor's (at least in the 4th semester) or Master's.
• Fluent German (C2) and a valid driver's license (Class B) are required.
• Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
