Prospect new business and/or segments, and identify market trends and conditions in the area of operation through analysis of regional/local indicators and company, market and customer histories, to contribute to expanding the company's market share and support management in defining commercial actions;
Disseminate and implement the commercial policy, prepare and deliver sales presentations, and conduct visits to generate, maintain and reactivate business across all business units to ensure commercial effectiveness;
Close commercial negotiations in accordance with the company's current guidelines and policies to meet targets and KPIs;
Ensure that closed deals are properly recorded, and monitor negotiations being carried out by the business units by tracking conversion rates and freight profitability to ensure the achievement of established objectives;
Monitor indicators and guide the business units to comply with policy, contributing to the sustainability of the business;
Identify opportunities for new service areas, as well as adjustments to the service frequency of existing locations, by gathering information to support management decision-making and increase business while ensuring profitability and sustainability of the business units;
Mediate internally between customer needs and business units to enable and finalize ongoing negotiations;
Provide commercial support when opening and/or changing business units, through market analysis to verify cargo profiles and the scope of potential customers' operations;
Monitor the application of the Expresso São Miguel brand through routine visits to business units, ensuring the standard established by the company and preserving the visual identity;
Ensure the organization and maintenance of equipment and tools provided by the company and comply with the company's standard procedures and workplace safety requirements at the company and at third-party establishments (clients);

Perform other related activities as required by the role and the company, respecting the organization's values and principles.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. Postgraduate studies in a commercial area in progress are desirable.
Experience in commercial activities (negotiation, CRM).
Knowledge of management tools such as Power BI, Excel and related applications.
Driver's license: Category B.
