Analyze and optimize existing knitting processes to improve quality, efficiency, and process stability
Develop, adapt, and optimize knitting programs with a focus on material usage, cycle times, waste reduction, and reproducibility
Provide technical support for the industrialization of new products/net types and the introduction of new machines, software, and process standards
Systematically analyze and resolve knitting-technical faults, including root cause analyses of quality and process deviations
Support production during machine start-ups, process changes, and product changeovers, and derive sustainable corrective actions
Collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams, and provide training and technical guidance to staff
Establish structured documentation, ensure knowledge retention, and ensure compliance with quality, management, and compliance requirements

Technical education or degree (e.g., textile engineering, mechanical engineering) with several years of relevant professional experience
Strong knowledge of knitting technology (especially flat knitting) and experience with common knitting software
Practical experience in production environments, textile process development, and technical process optimization
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to technical issues
High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, commitment, and a flexible, service-oriented work style
Good communication and teamwork skills, experience in knowledge transfer; good command of English
