About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for the overall braking system architecture (electrical/electronic, mechanical, and software)
- Development of system concepts and interface definitions
- Definition, management, and traceability of system requirements
- Coordination of subsystems, suppliers, and internal engineering teams
- Ensuring seamless vehicle-level system integration
- Planning and execution of verification and validation (V&V) activities
- Ensuring functional safety and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Significant experience in braking system development
- Strong knowledge of mechatronic systems and vehicle dynamics
- Experience in Systems Engineering and system architecture
- Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, and the V-model development process
- Experience in technical coordination and/or project management
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
