Manage client portfolios, developing and implementing account plans focused on the government market, especially public tenders.
Drive new business and accelerate billing and revenue growth.
Act as a consultative advisor, visiting clients to identify business opportunities and improvements.
Monitor project progress and liaise with internal departments.
Improve customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive client experience.
Maintain up-to-date management reports and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets for the portfolio.
Manage active contracts, including renewals, amendments, and expirations.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and solutions for clients.
Analyze the market and track developments in clients' business segments.
Manage demand fulfillment, including account analysis and post-sales support.
Conduct on-site client visits to ensure an excellent experience and build long-term relationships, including interaction with C-level executives.
Continuously work to improve customer satisfaction and experience with our services.
Work on the recovery of at-risk accounts (CAR) and monitor the sales pipeline and other KPIs such as visits, pipeline, leads, among others.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in the Telecommunications sector, with focus on public tenders.
Experience with Telecom and IT products.
Experience managing accounts both in-person and online in direct sales.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior executives.
Basic knowledge of financial analysis.
Basic English proficiency preferred.
