Manage client portfolios, developing and implementing account plans focused on the government market, particularly public tenders.
Drive new business and boost billing and revenue growth.
Act in a consultative manner, visiting clients to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
Monitor projects and coordinate with the company’s internal departments.
Improve client satisfaction levels, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Keep management reports up to date and ensure sales and revenue targets for the portfolio are met.
Manage current contracts, including renewals, amendments, and expirations.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and solutions for clients.
Analyze the market and monitor developments in clients’ operational segments.
Manage service requests, including account analysis and post-sales support.
Perform on-site client visits to ensure an excellent experience and build long-term relationships, including interactions with senior executives (C-level).
Continuously work to improve client satisfaction and their experience with our services.
Work on recovery of at-risk accounts (CAR) and track the sales pipeline and other KPIs such as visits, pipeline, leads, among others.
Requirements
Higher education preferred.
Proven experience in the Telecommunications sector, with a focus on public tenders.
Experience with Telecom and IT products.
Experience managing accounts in both in-person and online direct sales models.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior executives.
