About this role
Role Overview
Meet and exceed Sales Targets and Objectives for the whole Bolton Hellas’ portfolio.
Ensure optimal stock levels, correct product positioning, and setup of POS materials, so to achieve increased Brands Visibility at POS.
Analyze store needs to implement effective layouts, displays, and merchandising solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with store managers, presenting new products, promotions, and activations.
Act as the primary point of contact, identifying Customer needs and new business opportunities.
Organize and recommend in-store promotional events to drive sales.
Conduct regular store checks to ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide feedback and insights to internal teams.
Monitor competitor activities and educate consumers on product features.
Leverage product and market knowledge, collaborate with the team, and handle additional assignments as needed.
Participate in cross-functional projects.
Direct handling of Sp. Collaborators and “small” Key Accounts.
Requirements
Genuine interest in working within the FMCG industry, with a 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Numerical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, along with strong team spirit, proactivity, and initiative.
Valid Category B driver’s license.
