About this role

Develop, test, and deploy business intelligence solutions for the organization
Support Power BI efforts and related services
Analyze business requirements and existing reporting suite and make recommendations accordingly
Create and maintain relevant training or design documentation
Coordinate with project stakeholders
Setup security and create/monitor report refresh schedules
Maintain change management and communicate updates for active reports to users
Develop data models for reporting purposes as needed
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in strategic business intelligence.
Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with developing technical documentation.
Working knowledge of database structures, reporting software packages, DAX/MDX, Python, SQL scripting and more.
Demonstrated ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to take business requirements and implement technical/analytics solutions in fast paced environment.
Proven ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands and priorities.
Preferred Experience in financial analysis or a law firm setting preferred but not required.
