Role Overview
- Lead and oversee high-impact, cross-functional programs
- Develop long-term program roadmaps aligned with business and product strategy
- Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to C-level executives
- Implement and refine enterprise Agile frameworks to improve efficiency
- Proactively identify enterprise-level risks and dependencies across multiple programs
- Provide data-driven insights and executive-level reporting on program performance
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in program management
- Proven ability to lead large-scale programs
- Deep expertise in Agile, SAFe, Lean frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in program management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
- Preferred: PMP, SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, PgMP or equivalent certifications
