Lead Project/Program Management

Role Overview

• Support end-to-end project execution, ensuring assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to defined quality standards
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and project status reports to guide execution and track progress
• Coordinate project resources and support planning activities that align workstreams to scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, clients, and vendors, including facilitating meetings and helping manage expectations
• Review project deliverables for quality, identify risks or issues, and support proactive resolution to keep projects on track
• Support resource management, data analysis, reporting, and team collaboration activities as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree desired
• Certification is required in some areas
• Experience resolving complex issues using broad and in-depth professional knowledge
• Experience leading significant projects with strategic autonomy and implementing long-term plans that impact the organization
• Experience mentoring less experienced staff and collaborating with senior leadership
