Create sustainable long-term relationships, built on Customer Service Excellence
Maximise sales & profitability of all accounts within your portfolio
Identify and develop client objectives through working with senior stakeholder relationships
Deliver excellent customer service & account management to allocated account portfolio
Ensure customer requirements are fully specified, understood and communicated
Visit customers and build effective relationships with key stakeholders across all levels
Keep up to date with legislative, industry and product developments
Provide regular and accurate reporting on activity and maintain the CRM database

Previous Contract Hire Account Management experience (fleets over 250 essential)
Experience of implementing new accounts at a “project manager” level
Working with multiple stakeholders in addition to the customer
Influencing, Persuasion and Relationship building
Solution Delivery and Ownership
ability to look at new ideas & approaches
Effective Time Management, Organisational & Delegation skills
Excellent Communications skills – verbal and written
