Bilingual Claims Processor

Role Overview

• Investigating, evaluating, and processing insurance claims
• Determining policy coverage for the claimed loss
• Creating and issuing claims decisions to policyholder
• May order medical records from providers
• May communicate with clients and providers during treatment
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & French)
• 3+ years in the veterinary field if a licensed technician or 5+ years in the veterinary field if an unlicensed assistant
• Must be located in Canada
• High school diploma or GED required
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience (one-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
