Own data integrity across Workday, proactively identifying inconsistencies, root causes, and opportunities for improvement across HCM, Time, Absence, Payroll, and Benefits modules
Configure and maintain Workday system settings, security roles, and business processes aligned to evolving business needs
Investigate and resolve system issues using structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis (not just symptom resolution)
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards that drive decision-making
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for system updates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and minimal disruption
Evaluate Workday releases and updates, assess downstream impacts, and recommend appropriate actions
Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience
Act as a subject matter expert for Workday functionality and data flows
Continuously monitor system performance and recommend enhancements aligned to HR technology strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

4+ years of hands-on HRIS experience with Workday, including configuration and reporting
Working knowledge of Workday modules (HCM required; Time, Absence, Payroll, or Benefits preferred)
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting system issues and performing root-cause analysis
Proven ability to audit, validate, and maintain data integrity across systems
Strong understanding of HR data structures and system integrations
