The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across three channels: self-service and inside sales.
Engaging with prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
Measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with a strong track record of team performance consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
