About this role
Role Overview
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, and networking.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close and implementation.
Conduct structured discovery to understand client needs and business objectives
Develop and present tailored commercial proposals aligned to client requirements.
Negotiate commercial agreements with UK and international clients.
Engage and manage multiple stakeholders across client organisations.
Work closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Brand teams.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM.
Represent Tillo at relevant industry events to promote the brand and generate leads.
Deliver against a £250k+ annual new business revenue target in year 1
Requirements
3–6+ years’ experience in B2B sales (SaaS, fintech, payments, or API-based platforms).
Proven track record of achieving £200k–£500k+ annual sales targets.
Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions clearly.
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
