Own the operational coordination of marketing campaigns, tradeshows and events, product launches, webinars, content initiatives, and cross-functional programs.
Build, configure, test, and deploy email communications in HubSpot, including newsletters, nurture sequences, product announcements, and event communications.
Help improve operational workflows and team organization across the marketing function.
Serve as an operational liaison across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Design, and external partners.
Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative support for the marketing organization.
Organize and maintain centralized project documentation, campaign assets, timelines, and operational resources across tools such as Asana, Hubspot, Airtable, and Google Drive.
Help drive projects from intake through completion by proactively tracking deliverables, identifying risks or bottlenecks.
Contribute to building scalable operational foundations for the Legal & Insurance marketing organization.
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, marketing operations, campaign operations, event management, or related operational roles.
Strong understanding of how B2B marketing campaigns, events, and cross-functional initiatives are planned and executed.
Experience managing timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
Hands-on experience building and deploying email communications in HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform), including list segmentation, scheduling, and testing.
High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
Experience working within project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Airtable, and Google Drive.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams professionally and clearly.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to proactively solve problems and keep projects moving.
Experience supporting B2B SaaS, healthcare, legal tech, insurance, or enterprise marketing teams is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
