You lead various project teams in the implementation of client projects
Advising on the alignment and design of Salesforce-based IT solutions for our clients, as well as requirements management and solution design
Analyzing and documenting existing processes in order to map them into Salesforce
You are the point of contact for our clients' challenges
You act as the interface between clients and our developers
You conduct trainings and workshops and prepare our clients for go-live
Continuous further training and Salesforce certification

Extensive knowledge of Salesforce with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
Several years of experience as a consultant or project lead in the Salesforce environment
Very good German and English skills (German C1; English B2) for confident coordination and presentation of solutions to internal teams and clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ideally, you have knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
Knowledge of C++ or Java is an advantage
