About this role
Role Overview
- Provide phone
- and email-based troubleshooting and fault-finding support for installers and customers
- Generate cases via CRM to track and resolve customer enquiries
- Respond to technical product enquiries
- Liaise with service, sales and repair centre departments to ensure cases are dealt with efficiently
- Develop, update and maintain technical documentation for commissioning our products
- Assist in developing the company’s technical support processes
- Support sales exhibitions and trade fairs
- Liaise with international Technical Support teams
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in electronic engineering or equivalent in renewable energy
- Direct experience in the solar and power generation industry is an advantage
- Strong technical understanding of inverters and battery products
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to support customers as required
- Strong work ethic
- Experience in roles requiring inter-departmental communication and coordination is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent Danish (required)
- Fluent English (preferred)
