About this role
Role Overview
Provide phone
and email-based troubleshooting and fault-finding support for installers and customers
Generate cases via CRM to track and resolve customer enquiries
Respond to technical product enquiries
Liaise with service, sales and repair centre departments to ensure cases are dealt with efficiently
Develop, update and maintain technical documentation for commissioning our products
Assist in developing the company’s technical support processes
Support sales exhibitions and trade fairs
Liaise with international Technical Support teams
Requirements
Relevant qualification in electronic engineering or equivalent in renewable energy
Direct experience in the solar and power generation industry is an advantage
Strong technical understanding of inverters and battery products
Solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to support customers as required
Strong work ethic
Experience in roles requiring inter-departmental communication and coordination is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent Danish (required)
Fluent English (preferred)
