Managing all aspects of new construction, major renovations, and development projects
Creating and reviewing all GC contracts, applications for payment, and change orders
Create standard operating procedures for construction
Interacting and coordinating with senior leadership, construction professionals and all vendors
Solicit proposals from vendors and contractors, review against company standards
Working closely with development department and on-site General Contractor
Developing and managing: RFPs for professional services and Owner provided vendors
Helping with creation of bid estimates for complete costs-to-build
Collecting bid packages to review, compare and quantify bidding subcontractors
Interact with and support design, construction, facilities, and operations departments
Establish project processes and procedures by collaborating with in-house design team and consultants as well as contractors
Assist in site assessment: building feasibilities
Coordinate with local municipal and utility companies
Review lease terms
Review construction documents
Oversee construction budget, schedule, material, procurement and quality controls during construction

10+ years of experience with construction proposals and bidding
Restaurant GC, Retail construction or Restaurant construction background preferred but not required
Hospitality experience strongly preferred but not required
Associates Degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field preferred but not required
